The white light of this head torch has high and low light modes. The low light mode can give up to 25 hours of light on a single charge. Both red and white lights have a strobe mode. Then there is a steady red light mode with up to 30 hours of light. It’s USB rechargeable so no worrying about batteries and has a charging time of just 3 hours.
